The architectural style of Old Ottawa South is mostly “Craftsman”. Many of these houses have been upgraded and added to over the years, contributing to the area’s eclectic style. Proximity to Carleton University makes it a haven for professors and students. Today, most of the homes are well preserved; many have heritage status.
