Manor Park is a charming picturesque neighbourhood in Ottawa’s east end, full of parks and green space. Manor Park’s boundaries can be defined as the western boundary being Birch Avenue, southern as Beechwood Cemetery, eastern as Aviation Parkway and northern as Ottawa River. Manor Park is almost exclusively residential. It houses the RCMP stables, which is the home of the Musical Ride. Most of the homes there were built in the late 1940’s, and it a more mature, well treed neighbourhood, with some notable white pines scattered throughout.
