FAIRCREST HEIGHTS named for its high position above the Rideau River and view to the north. It is a small neighbourhood located in Alta Vista. Close to Billings Bridge (Bank St.) it’s a residential area with schools, churches and community centres, with vast amounts of greenspace and parks. Boundaries are Lynda Lane, Billing Avenue, Oak Park and the health complex and the train tracks in the west.
